2007-2008 MOPS Registration
 Registration is Full for Childcare ~ Waiting list policy in effect ~ 9/11/07

We are looking forward to the 2007-2008 MOPS year!  Please complete the below registration form completely.  We anticipate the need for a waiting list this year due to the number of children we cared for last year.  We are planning to provide childcare for 30 children.  After there are 30 children registered, we will institute our waiting list - click here to see our policy details.  As always, we never limit the number of moms that can attend our meetings - provided that alternate childcare is arranged.  Early registration and payment will provide the best opportunity for you to receive childcare during our meetings.  You will receive confirmation of your registration once your payment is received.

Please remember to make your check payable to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in the amount of $20.00 and include MOPS in the memo line of the check.  The $20 fee goes directly to MOPS International to pay for the MOPS to Mom Connection and other benefits.
